Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and SoCal Meat Co. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the SoCal Meat Co. website and web application located at socalmeatco.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, SoCal Meat Co. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for the purpose of browsing available products and placing orders for personal or business use. This license does not include any rights to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Browse available meat products and view pricing
- Place orders for delivery to eligible addresses
- Track the status of your orders
- Submit last-minute additions to active orders
- Contact SoCal Meat Co. with questions or concerns
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, including the admin portal
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated tools
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity when using the Service
- Use the Service to submit fraudulent orders or payment information
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including but not limited to the SoCal Meat Co. logo, brand identity, product descriptions, images, text, and software — is the exclusive property of SoCal Meat Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights in such content to you.
Payment and Orders
All payments processed through the Service are handled by QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.). By submitting payment information, you authorize SoCal Meat Co. to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order including applicable delivery fees. All sales are subject to product availability. SoCal Meat Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
Delivery Service Area
SoCal Meat Co. operates exclusively as an online delivery business with no in-person pickup or retail availability. Delivery is limited to supported service zones within Southern California. Placing an order outside our delivery area may result in cancellation and a full refund.
Account Security
The admin portal is restricted to authorized SoCal Meat Co. personnel only. Any attempt to access the admin portal without authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable computer fraud and abuse laws. If you discover any security vulnerability in the Service, please report it to contact@socalmeatco.com immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SoCal Meat Co. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Meat Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if SoCal Meat Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Termination
SoCal Meat Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this EULA or is otherwise harmful to SoCal Meat Co., other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted under this EULA will immediately cease.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
