Agreement

By placing an order or using the SoCal Meat Co. website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Our Service

SoCal Meat Co. provides fresh and wholesale meat delivery services to customers within our service area in Southern California. All orders are subject to product availability and delivery zone eligibility.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider (QuickBooks Payments by Intuit).
  • A minimum order amount may apply depending on delivery zone and speed selected.

Delivery

  • Delivery availability, dates, and fees vary by ZIP code and selected delivery speed.
  • Same-day delivery is subject to availability and cutoff times. A rush deposit may be required and is charged separately.
  • If same-day delivery cannot be fulfilled, the rush deposit will be refunded and your order will be converted to 1-day delivery at the applicable rate.
  • Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made before your order enters the loading or delivery stage.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear.
  • Perishable goods that have already been prepared or are in transit are generally non-refundable except in cases of product defect or delivery failure on our part.

Product Quality

We take pride in providing high-quality, fresh meat products. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to quality or spoilage issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Meat Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site or placing a new order after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
